Word of the day feature

Create word of the day feature to highlight an interesting word.

Details

• Should have WOTD link on front page and/or sidebar
• Want fun logo/image for this to use on front page (and perhaps inserted on page that is currently "word of the day"
• Link through to word information page for that word (ticket:45)
• The word should be "interesting". This will either require human intervention to produce a list of, say, 400 such words or automatic selection of such a list based on stats (look for fairly obscure words). Likely that we want some human intervention but using a preselected list
